Cancellation & refunds
Understand renewal before you subscribe, and know how to get help.
Draft for business review before publication and paid subscriptions.
Cancel renewal
The seven-day trial requires a card and converts automatically to the subscription you choose. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. There is no permanent free plan.
Open Account → Manage billing to cancel through Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally keeps paid features available until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account also cancels its subscription but removes your worlds; use billing cancellation to keep your account.
Refund requests
Withdraw from your subscription or request a refund online. Review your notice before confirming it, then download your dated receipt. We also send an acknowledgement to your account email. Submission records your notice; we confirm the cancellation and any refund separately.
Request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription if Realmly is not right for you. Renewals and partially used periods are normally not refundable except where required by law, or where we approve a refund for a billing mistake or service problem.
Contact contact@realmly.co with your account email and invoice reference to request a refund or report duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; timing depends on Stripe and your bank.
Statutory rights
This policy does not exclude statutory remedies, withdrawal rights or refund rights where you live. Any legally required agreement to begin a digital service during a withdrawal period must be collected separately at checkout where applicable.
See plan details and our Terms of service before subscribing.
