Terms of service
Your worlds remain yours. These terms explain our responsibilities.

1. The agreement
Realmly is operated by GainTrack LLC, 920 N. Tyler Rd Ste 304 #585, Wichita, Kansas 67212, US. Creating an account requires accepting these terms and acknowledging the privacy policy. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept for it.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age or parental permission requirement where you live. If you cannot legally enter this agreement, a parent or guardian must accept responsibility where permitted. Keep credentials secure, provide an accurate email and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in content you create or upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce and display it as needed for requested features, including backups, exports, sharing and optional generation services. We do not acquire ownership of your worlds.
You may commercially publish your own work, subject to rights in third-party material you use. We cannot grant rights owned by someone else or guarantee copyright protection for generated output. You must have permission to upload, import and share your material. Do not upload unlawful content or private information you have no right to disclose.
4. Generators and sharing
Procedural and AI tools supply creative suggestions. Results may be inaccurate or resemble existing material; review them before publication. Realmly demo worlds may be copied and adapted through the app. Third-party materials retain their own licenses.
People with an enabled sharing link can read the published view and may retain copies. You can revoke future access through the link. Keep independent backups; exports are subject to documented format and size limits.
5. Plans, payments and cancellation
Realmly offers subscriptions with a seven-day trial for new subscribers; there is no permanent free plan. A payment card is required to begin the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the chosen monthly or yearly price is charged automatically and renews at that interval. Returning subscribers may not receive another trial. Review the amount and timing shown at checkout before confirming.
Limits appear on the pricing page. Paid checkout shows price, billing interval, applicable taxes and automatic renewal before you pay. Monthly or annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. Stripe processes payments.
Cancel renewal through Account → Manage billing. Paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period. The cancellation and refund policy explains refunds and billing mistakes. Statutory rights remain available. Failed payments may suspend paid features after notice; downgrading does not itself delete worlds.
We will notify you of material price or plan changes before they apply to your subscription and obtain additional consent where required. You may cancel before renewal.
6. Responsible use
Do not access another account without permission, bypass quotas or access controls, distribute malware, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully or for harassment. Report security concerns to contact@realmly.co. Avoid accessing others’ data or disrupting service while investigating.
7. Ending access
You may delete your account in settings. We may restrict access for material breaches, legal requirements or security threats. Where reasonable and lawful, we will explain why and give an opportunity to resolve the problem and export content. Urgent circumstances may require immediate action. Contact us to request review.
8. Availability and liability
The service may change and is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of US $100 or fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Law and changes
Kansas law governs these terms without overriding mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction. Contact contact@realmly.co first so we can try to resolve concerns. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.
We will give reasonable notice of material changes and request fresh acceptance when required. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and cancel renewal.
